Returns & Refunds

Please contact us before returning items to receive a Return Authorisation number and instructions.

We get it — kids grow fast, and sometimes things don’t fit quite right. We’re happy to accept returns on any item that meets the conditions below, and to offer a full refund to your original payment method.

The only exception is items marked ‘final sale’.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must have tags and packaging intact and be in their original condition.

Items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed and remain in a saleable condition.

Contact us to receive your RA number and return instructions.

Return Postage

Swapping sizes? If it’s a full-price item and you’re in New Zealand, it’s on us. We’ll send you a prepaid label and there’s nothing to pay.

Returning a full-price item for a refund in New Zealand? We’ll send you a prepaid label and deduct $7.99 NZD from your refund. No trips to the post shop, no working out what postage costs.

Sale items, and all returns from outside New Zealand, are arranged and paid for by you. Please use a traceable shipping method — we can’t be responsible for lost parcels, so keep your tracking number.

Processing Returns & Refunds

Please allow up to 5 business days from delivery to our warehouse for your return to be processed.

Once received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Faulty Items

We take care to ensure every item meets our quality standards. If something arrives faulty, contact us — we’ll cover the return postage and work with you to put it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
