Returns & Refunds
Please contact us before returning items to receive a Return Authorisation number and instructions.
We get it — kids grow fast, and sometimes things don’t fit quite right. We’re happy to accept returns for all full-price items that meet the conditions below. We’re happy to offer a full refund.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange but can be returned for store credit, unless marked as ‘final sale’, in which case the item cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must have tags and packaging intact and be in their original condition.
Items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed and remain in a saleable condition.
Refunds will only be issued on full-price items.
Sale items or discounted items will be issued as store credit. Exchanges on sale items are not available. Items marked as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
How to Return
Contact us to receive your RA number and return instructions.
Please use a traceable shipping method — we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Keep your tracking number to confirm your return arrives safely.
Processing Returns & Refunds
Please allow up to 5 business days from delivery to our warehouse for your return to be processed.
Once received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Faulty Items
We take care to ensure every item meets our quality standards. If you receive a faulty item, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Postage Costs
All returns are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover postage for domestic or international returns.
Final Sale Items
These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
