How much is shipping?
New Zealand
- Standard: 2–5 days – $7.99 NZD
- Express: 1–2 days – $15 NZD
- Free Standard on orders over $200 NZD
Australia
- Standard: 4–7 days – $20 NZD
- Express: 2–4 days – $50 NZD
- Free Standard on orders over $250 NZD

Rest of the World
- Standard: 5–12 days – $30 NZD
- Express: 3–5 days – $50 NZD

How long does it take to receive my order?
We send orders from our Auckland warehouse Monday to Friday. Most orders leave within 2 business days (up to 5 during busy sale periods).

How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return the item?
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Just please make the items are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
What if my items are damaged or defective?

When can I expect my refund?
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 business days for your refund to show in your account. We will send you an email once the item has been received and your refund has been processed!
Sizing
How do I know the correct size to buy?
Each product has its own size guide within the product listing. If your child is between sizes we recommend going up a size so they can grow into it. You can also see our size guide here.
How do I wash my items?
All of our clothing has individual washing instructions on the internal care label. To make the most of your A Kid Called Ed items check out our product care recommendations.
Inventory
The item I love is out of stock. How long will it be to get restocked?
We make limited runs of all of our styles and try to buy only as much stock as we need to. If you find something you love we recommend purchasing to avoid any disappointment.

Where are your clothes made?
Our clothing and accessories are made in limited runs with our trusted partners based in India and China. You can read more about our partners here.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The sale ended, can I still use the discount code?
To make things fair to everyone, sales discount codes can only be applied within the timeframe of the sale.
